A batch of XCMG XG90 mining trucks has arrived in Kazakhstan after a long journey, supporting local mining operations. The mining area primarily extracts lead-zinc ore, with steep roads and a mine pit depth of 310 meters. The heavy-load uphill section stretches for 5 kilometers, requiring 24-hour continuous operation, which presents a significant challenge to the product’s performance.
The delivered XCMG XG90 mining trucks are equipped with a newly developed, high-powered engine customized for the area’s specific working conditions, offering lower fuel consumption and stronger power output. To further enhance reliability, the vehicles feature XCMG’s unique rigid frame with an integrated welded structure, which provides high stiffness, strength, and load-bearing capacity. The trucks also use a no-subframe design, lowering the overall center of gravity by about 20 cm, making the vehicle safer and more stable. Based on real working conditions and virtual iteration technology analysis, the trucks are capable of handling various harsh conditions.
The mining area manager commented, “Undoubtedly, the addition of the XCMG XG90 mining trucks has greatly improved our work efficiency and fully meets our annual extraction plan. With reliable quality and high efficiency, they are our most trusted partners.”
