Recently, Shaanxi Tonly Heavy industries TLH135 mining vehicle, equipped with the Yuchai intelligent hybrid system, has successfully rolled off the production line and will be exported in bulk to Peru. This marks an important achievement in Yuchai’s international market expansion.
The batch of Tonly TLH135 mining vehicles being exported is equipped with the Yuchai K16-400kW intelligent hybrid system. Paired with the Yuchai Mengqing YCK16 engine and the Yuchai Xinlan high-efficiency intelligent range extender, this system creates a powerful intelligent range extension solution. It effectively addresses range anxiety in heavy-load uphill conditions, significantly improves transport capacity, and greatly reduces energy consumption. Compared to similar fuel-powered mining vehicles, the operating efficiency of each vehicle has increased by 10%-15%, while energy consumption has been reduced by 10%-15%, demonstrating outstanding energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing capabilities.
