The launch event for the 2025 FAW J6V tractor product was held in Chengdu. Present at the event were Yu Guangjiang, General Manager of the Medium and Heavy-Duty Truck Product Line at FAW Jiefang headquarters; Wu Huarong, Director of the Tractor Sales Department of the Medium and Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Company at FAW Jiefang headquarters; Jiang Xu, General Manager of the Sichuan Region of the Medium and Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Company at FAW Jiefang headquarters; Yan Xiaodong, Chief Engineer of Vehicle Development for the Medium and Heavy-Duty Truck Product Line at FAW Jiefang headquarters; Heng Cuiping, Chairman of Chengdu Yuanxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; and 140 key customers from the Chengdu area, who all witnessed this exciting moment together.
With the support of numerous user partners, FAW Jiefang achieved cumulative sales of 53,000 NG tractor trucks from January to August this year, capturing more than 30% of the market share and firmly maintaining the industry’s leading position, which continues to grow. Against this backdrop, FAW Jiefang has launched the 2025 J6V 6SX1 tractor truck, marking not only a major breakthrough in power technology but also embodying a deep understanding and precise grasp of customer needs with a “customer-centric” approach. The J6V, standing at a new historical starting point, is set to continue the legendary story of the “miracle truck.” FAW Jiefang will remain committed to its vision of being “China’s No. 1 and world-class,” adhering to its strategies of technological leadership and product excellence. It will continue to increase investment in research and development, consistently launching more high-quality products that meet market demands and lead industry trends.

Since its launch in 2022, it has been widely recognized for its product qualities of comfort, fuel efficiency, and reliability, meeting the needs of express and general cargo customers for efficient transportation. The 2025 J6V has been newly upgraded in five key areas: efficiency, fuel economy, comfort, intelligence, and safety, better catering to the demands of express delivery, fast transportation, and general cargo logistics customers for high-efficiency transport and intelligent development.
