On October 19, according to reports, FAW Group will invest $100 million to build a new factory in Uzbekistan. The factory will be located in the “Ipak Yuli” Free Economic Industrial Zone, with plans to begin production in November this year. It is expected to produce 10,000 trucks annually. This project marks a new phase in the development of economic relations between China and Uzbekistan and will help strengthen Uzbekistan’s position as an important industrial hub.
