On September 29, the Shandong TIR Transport Alliance officially announced its establishment and chose to cooperate with China National Heavy Duty Truck Group.
The Sitrak G7H fuel-powered truck is equipped with a front axle and drive axle specially designed for cold regions, along with a fully upgraded brake diaphragm, ensuring stable performance in working environments ranging from -45°C to +80°C. Additionally, the material of the vehicle’s engine oil pan has been upgraded from plastic to iron. This improvement not only enhances its impact resistance and corrosion resistance, making the vehicle more robust and reliable in harsh road conditions, but also takes into account the specific requirements of export products. The iron oil pan facilitates easier maintenance and repair in the international market, significantly improving the convenience of global service.
The Sitrak G7H fuel-powered truck has also optimized and enhanced engine performance, significantly reducing fuel consumption under typical operating conditions, saving 0.5L to 1L of fuel per 100 kilometers. In addition, the vehicle’s power output can increase by 10% in high-altitude regions, ensuring that the truck maintains strong power even in complex environments.
Under the strict limitations on the overall length, width, and height of the vehicle, the Sitrak G7H fuel-powered truck increases cargo volume by lowering the floor height, significantly enhancing its transport capacity. The standard saddle height from the ground is 1.2 to 1.25 meters (fully loaded), and the low-position saddle can flexibly drop to 1.1 meters (fully loaded), offering diverse solutions for different loading needs. Calculations show that lowering the saddle by 150mm can increase the cargo volume by 5 cubic meters (for a 13.75-meter cargo box), achieving a notable volume increase of 5% to 7%. This gives users a unique advantage in the fiercely competitive market, resulting in improved transport efficiency and economic benefits.
